When will my permit officially end after I cancel?
Your permit will end after you have finished one extra term (Weekly or Monthly) from the day you choose to cancel.
For example, if you have a monthly permit and cancel on February 10th at 4pm, your permit will end on March 10th at 4pm.
What happens after I confirm the cancellation of my permit?
Once you select “Confirm cancellation,” you are taken back to the “My permits” screen where you will see “Permit cancelled” confirming that your last charge was taken and when your permit will end.
You will be charged for one more term (weekly or monthly) starting from the moment of cancellation. The status of your permit will show "Leaser ending" and advise you of the date your permit will end.
Your permit will officially end after you have finished that extra term.
