How does future booking decide who gets a space on the waitlist?

Updated this week

Every week Parkable runs an automated future booking allocation to fairly share limited spaces when there are more requests than bays. All requests for the following week are reviewed together and, by midday Friday, each is either confirmed or placed on the waitlist.

Allocation is based on:
Availability of bays on each day.
Fairness factors such as your parking history and preferred spaces.
Any priority settings your organisation may apply.

Tips to improve your chances
Only request the days you truly need, so spaces aren’t tied up unnecessarily.
Cancel a booking early if your plans change; this frees a bay and supports your rating.
End your session when you leave, rather than letting it expire, to show responsible use.
Avoid parking infringements, as these can reduce your future booking rating and make confirmations less likely.
