Open the app
On the home screen, select the car park you want to park at today - either from the home screen or your favourites in the nav bar. If you want to park at a different car park, click on the grey 'Public parking' to see what else is available.
Tap "Start parking" when you’re ready to begin your parking session.
If you have an EV vehicle loaded to your profile and there are EV spaces available, you will be offered an EV charging space. Learn more here.
In the ‘Confirm details’ screen, check how long the parking space is available for, to make sure that it will suit you
Check your ‘Vehicle’ is the licence plate of the car you are driving.
Tap the green 'Confirm' button to start.
Tap "Stop parking" when you leave.
