One hour before your session is set to auto-end, you will receive a notification letting you know that your session will end soon.
If you want to continue parking, you can:
1. Tap the push notification, or open the Parkable app and tap the blue banner.
2. You will be taken to the “Want to park for longer?”
3. Choose the number of hours you want to continue parking for.
4. Tap "Save"
You will receive another notification an hour before this extended session is due to auto-end, in case you want to extend your session for longer.
If you'd like to make sure that you can stay for the duration you need, you can also change the auto end setting in the app, if you have an active session, changing this setting will not apply to your current session. To change your auto-end, follow these steps:
Go to "Account"
Select "Session auto-end"
Select the amount of time you need from 1 hour to 7 days
End your current parking session
Restart your parking session
*Please note that if the car park is full or this is at peak parking time please use the extend your session option.
