By default, your Parkable account is set to end your session after 12 hours. You’ll receive a notification every 12 hours with the option to continue your session, but if you don’t respond to the notification, your session will be ended automatically.
If you’re likely to be parking for fewer or more than 12 hours at a time (for instance overnight), then you can change this setting:
Open the Parkable app (version 10 or above)
Tap "Account" in the bottom navigation bar
Under "Parking" tap "Session auto-end"
Set your auto-end to any time between 1 and 24 hours, or 1 and 7 days
Please note that if you choose a longer session auto-end time, you will not receive any reminders before this, and your session will continue to run and charge you until you press ‘Stop parking’.
If you need to park for longer than 7 days, you might want to consider a permit rather than hourly parking.
Note: Your changes to auto-end will not apply if you have current active session however it will apply for any session's you book in the future.
