Overview
You can find details about a parking facility — including opening hours, pricing, instructions, images, and maps — both before you start parking and during an active session.

Before you start parking
Tap Car park details to see:
The address of the parking facility
Opening hours
How many spaces are available — see Check current car park availability for details
Pricing — see How do pricing rates work with early bird and night rates? if your facility uses tiered rates
Parking instructions
Images of the parking facility
Maps showing where the spaces are located
A link to Google Maps for directions
Tip: Tap any image or map in the gallery to open it — you can pinch to zoom in for a closer look.
During an active session
To view photos and parking instructions for your current parking facility:
From the home screen of the Parkable app, tap Session
Scroll down to the Parking instructions section
Review the parking instructions and swipe through the images and maps
Maps and images are also available on the Confirm details screen when you start a session.
If you have a permit
Your permit details screen shows the car park's description and any parking instructions directly, so you don't need to open the map or contact support to find them.

Tap the Car park row to open the full car park details screen, with photos and support contact options
FAQs
I can't tell which space is mine — the bay numbers aren't clear
Your allocated space is shown in the app on your active session. If the bay markings on the ground are worn, missing, or hard to read, check the car park's map: from the home screen tap Session, scroll to Parking instructions, and swipe through the images and maps to see where your space is.
If you still can't identify your space, or the bay itself is unusable, report it through Support — see Get help in the Parkable app.
