Overview
Some long-term permit parking facilities require a physical swipe card for access. If yours is one of them, Parkable can arrange for a swipe card to be delivered to you.
How to request a swipe card
Reply to us with the following details and we'll take it from there:
A preferred address for delivery
A contact phone number, so our field operations agent can coordinate the drop-off
Deposit and refund
Swipe cards are subject to a refundable deposit:
The deposit amount is charged to the payment card saved on your Parkable account
Once you return the swipe card, your deposit is refunded
