You can update your personal details — including your name, phone number, and email address — in the Parkable app at any time.

Note: If you change your email address, you'll need to verify the new email before you can sign in with it. See I'm trying to sign up, but I haven't received my verification email if the verification email doesn't arrive.

If your workplace uses single sign-on, your email address is managed by your workplace's identity system — you can't change it directly in Parkable. Contact your IT team to update your work email, and your Parkable account will reflect the change next time you sign in.
