Overview
If your organisation has invited you to use Parkable, you'll receive an email invite from your parking administrator. The email lets you know you've been added to your organisation's parking facility and points you to the Parkable app to sign up.
Tip: If your workplace uses single sign-on (SSO), you don't need a password — you sign in with your work account instead. See Access your Parkable account via single sign on (SSO).
How to sign up
Download the Parkable app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
Open the app and tap Sign up
Enter your work email address — this must match the email your organisation invited you on
Create a password
Enter your details (name and phone number) and accept the terms and conditions
Allow location services and notifications from Parkable for the best experience
Once signed in, your organisation's parking facility appears in the app and you can start parking.
Note: You'll receive a verification email. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, see I'm trying to sign up, but I haven't received my verification email..
