Overview
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Log in screen in the Parkable app or at app.parkable.com.
Important: If your workplace uses single sign-on (SSO), you don't have a Parkable password — you sign in with your work account instead. Don't try to reset a password; see Access your Parkable account via single sign on (SSO).
How to reset your password
Tap Log in
Select Forgot password
Enter your email address and confirm
Check your email for the reset password link
Follow the prompts to set a new password and sign in
FAQs
I didn't receive the reset email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there:
Make sure you entered the email address you signed up with — the email is only sent if Parkable can find an account with that address
Wait a few minutes and try again — emails can take a moment to arrive
If you signed up with a work email, your IT team may be filtering external senders. Contact them, or see I'm trying to sign up, but I haven't received my verification email for similar troubleshooting steps
If you've tried all of the above and still can't get in, contact Parkable support.
I keep getting "password isn't working" but I haven't reset it
Your workplace may have switched to SSO since you last signed in — you no longer have a Parkable password. Sign in using your work email and you'll be redirected to your workplace's login. See Access your Parkable account via single sign on (SSO).
