Overview
Receipts are emailed to you automatically when your parking session ends. If you need another copy, you can download a receipt for any past session in the Parkable app.
How to download a receipt
Open the Parkable app
Tap Account in the bottom navigation bar
Tap Parking history
Select the date of the session you want a receipt for
Under Receipt, tap Download to save your receipt

Where do I find receipts for my individual permit?
Permit receipts are stored separately under your permits. See I need a copy of my receipt for my individual permit, where do I find this? for how to download them.
Why didn't I receive a receipt by email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, your email address on the account may be incorrect — see How do I update my details? to check or update it. You can always download a copy from the app in the meantime.
