When you report an infringer on the app via the support function, this sends a report to our on the ground enforcement team or your admin team, who can take action in real time which may include:
1. Warnings
2. Tickets
3. Tow-aways
If another space is available in the same car park or campus, you'll be reassigned a new space.
If there are no other spaces avaliable, the app will cancel your session without charge. If your location service's are turned on in your phone, the Parkable app can show you other car parks nearby that may have spaces available.
