When you report an infringer on the app via the support function, this sends a report to our on-the-ground enforcement team or your admin team, who can take action in real time which may include:
1. Warnings
2. Tickets
3. Tow-aways
Reporting a Vehicle in Your Space: Use the app's support function by navigating to Support β 'A vehicle is in my space' to report if someone else occupies your reserved space.
If another space is available in the same car park or campus, you'll be reassigned a new space.
This process is integral to resolving issues such as an occupied reserved space and aligns with the refund policy as a discretionary goodwill measure.
If there are no other spaces avaliable, the app will cancel your session without charge. If your location service's are turned on in your phone, the Parkable app can show you other car parks nearby that may have spaces available.
Outcomes depend on the situation, car park rules, and other factors.
