Open the Parkable App: Launch the app on your device.
Find a Car Park: Navigate to the "Public parking" section or swipe through the carousel to locate your desired parking spot.
Reserve the Spot: Tap the "Reserve" button and confirm your reservation by tapping "Reserve" again.
This will reserve the space for you for 30 minutes. At the end of the 30 minutes, unless the reservation is cancelled, the reservation will automatically convert into a session in the allocated space and the hourly rate will apply.
Paid parks will begin charging at the hourly rate once the session starts.
If you decide not to use the park, you can select “Cancel reservation” and confirm.
Ensure you cancel within the 30-minute window to avoid being charged.
If you've arrived at the car park and the space has another parker, use the "A vehicle is in my space" option in the app to see if there is another available space. If there are no physical spaces available as the car park is full, you'll need to cancel your reservation to ensure you are not charged.
Our Field team will be notified and will check the park for infringers.

You can also change your default vehicle or remove a vehicle from the reservation screen.
