I'm trying to sign up, but I haven't received my verification email.

Steps to take if your verification email isn't arriving.

Overview

If you haven't received your verification email after signing up, work through the checks below. Most issues are caused by typos in the email address, the email landing in spam, or your organisation's email filter blocking it.

Tip: If your workplace uses single sign-on (SSO), you don't need a verification email at all — you sign in with your work account instead. See Access your Parkable account via single sign on (SSO).

What to check

  • Check your spam or junk folder — verification emails sometimes end up there. They're sent from [email protected], so searching for that sender can help

  • Check the email address you signed up with has no extra spaces or characters

  • Request another link — if your email hasn't arrived after a few minutes, tap Resend on the verification screen or restart the sign-up flow. Don't request multiple links in quick succession — each new request voids the previous one

  • Check that your work or school email isn't blocking the email — if you signed up with a corporate email, your IT team may have a filter blocking external senders. Try a personal email if this is the issue, or ask your IT team to allowlist Parkable

Still no email?

If you've tried all the above and still don't have a verification email, give Parkable support a call — you don't need to be signed in to the app. See What is your contact phone number? for the number for your country.
