Request the link once and then wait, there can be a delay and requesting too many times will void the links.
Check that the email address is correct including NO CAPITALISATION or spaces.
Check the email is not in your spam or junk folder.
Check that your domain is not filtering or blocking the email.
Add [email protected] to your address book or Contacts, or whitelist this email address. You may need to check this with your IT Team if you're using your work email.
