Please double check that the second payment isn’t from a session in the days before.
For example, if you parked on Tuesday, the payment might not be processed by your bank until Wednesday. But if you also parked on Wednesday, that payment might process on the same day making it look like two charges at once.
These processing delays are controlled by the banks, not Parkable.
