Overview
If the Parkable app isn't loading or feels slow, work through the checks below. Most issues are resolved by updating the app or refreshing your connection.
Troubleshooting steps
Check you have the latest version of the app — open the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), search for Parkable, and tap Update if one is available
Check your internet connection — make sure mobile data or Wi-Fi is on and working
Force close and reopen the app — fully close the Parkable app and open it again to refresh
Restart your device — if the issue persists, restart your phone and try again
Tip: To force close the Parkable app on iOS, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe the Parkable card up and away. On Android, open the recent apps view and swipe the Parkable card up or to the side.
