My Parkable app is not loading

There are a few checks to make sure the Parkable app is working properly

We release new features often and the best way to make sure you get the most out of your Parkable app is to check the below:

  • You have the latest version of the app (check this in the Google Playstore or Apple App store)

  • You have mobile data or the building's wi-fi connected

From time to time you may need to close down the Parkable app to refresh the data.
